Heart Attack and Cholesterol


Heart attack is a very scary thing for people, because it can make a person suddenly died. Dominant factor that causes heart attacks is high blood cholesterol that will make blood vessels becomes narrow and cause destruction to the heart muscle. To eliminate possibility of suffering from a heart attack, we have to avoid foods that have a lot of cholesterol or foods that contain cholesterol. For example, by cooking food that we will eat with baking, steaming and roasting food, and never fry our food.

To keep our heart stay healthy we should consume a balanced nutrition and avoid foods that contain cholesterol. Health begins with ourselves, if we want to be healthy we must keep our diet and consume a balanced nutrition and remember that in fried foods usually contain a lot of cholesterol so as much as possible we should avoid it. Maybe with cook the food that we eat with steaming or roasting food and avoid to fry our food.

STOP SMOKING....!!!!!


I think smoking is something that familiar to us. . Smoking is a habit that has long been discussed. Everyone already knows the dangers of smoking. However, surprisingly this is not discourage people to smoke. Whereas on cigarette packs can be easily read sentences about the dangers of smoking as follows: "SMOKING CAN CAUSE CANCER, HEART ATTACK, impotence, DISORDERS PREGNANCY AND FETUS". This is only a small part of the negative effects of smoking.
Consciously or not smoking harm your pocket, you spend your money only to buy smoke. You breathe and then you discard. The smoke that you inhaled kills your organs slowly and the smoke that you exhaled kills people who are around you slowly. But strangely there are still many of us who smoke and do not feel that his actions harm themselves and others around them with threats in cigarettes. They have a thousand reasons to keep smoking. As could eliminate boredom, inspire and give pleasure, to give life to the cigarette makers, and increase income by way of excise duty. Yes, maybe it's a small part of positive impact of cigarettes.
But cigarette have more negative impact, because in cigarette smoke there are 4,000 chemicals dangerous to health. The main content of cigarettes such as carbon monoxide (CO) which can result in reduced ability of blood to carry oxygen, TAR which can damage lung cells and lead to cancer, nicotine causes heart disease and blood circulation disorders, as well as other substances that are toxic to body. By the time the smoke, nicotine will cause effects my enjoyment, peace of mind, suppressing appetite and increasing the power of thought. Nicotine also increases sorotin the cause of pleasure and the desire to smoke again. Because nicotine make people be addicted and difficult to stop smoking. For many people cigarette is a staple. Many people who don’t smoke for one day their bodies felt stiff and limp.  These conditions are included in the category of addiction. It can be very dangerous because cigarettes contain substances that are toxic and if these substances inhaled or consumed by the body can cause diseases such as asthma, angina, lung cancer and health problems as indicated on packs of cigarettes . Smoking is also the road to drug use. Smokers also a selfish person, because they enjoy his own advantage  whereas any damages and his illness disseminated to others. We know that passive smokers is more dangerous than active smokers because of the danger that must be borne passive smokers are three times higher than active smokers danger.
So for you guys who do not smoke do not ever approach people who are smoking or dont want to adjacent with people who smoke. Because it will harm your health, remember  the risk that you bear greater than the smokers themselves. People can stop smoking just account of himself. And remember smoking is the bridge that leads to the drug use. So stop smoking from now. Kill cigarettes or cigarettes will kill you.
